Rated 1 out of 5 by from Top of the line washer LEAKS The washer LEAKS. It leaks from the soap dispenser. I removed and cleaned it, as per manual directions. The leak is due to a DESIGN FLAW and Electrolux should offer a replacement. See photo. Solution? DUCT TAPE. Yes, duct tape on my $1000 washer. But I'll call the dealer one more time before I do that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEAUTIFUL CLEAN CLOTHES. LOVE IT! I DIDN'T READ THAT THERE ARE SCREWS & PLASTIC PLUGS IN THE BACK. UNSCREW AND PULL OUT ALL THE PLUGS TO STABILIZE THE MACHINE FOR TRANSIT. ITS A GREAT MACHINE. DOES A LOVELY WASH. THE LIGHT INSIDE IS A PLUS. I DID ABOUT 10 LOADS THE FIRST DAY TRYING OUT DIFFERENT CYCLES. CLEANS MY CLOTHES AND RINCES WELL. ENERGY EFFICIENT AS WELL. THERE'S ENOUGH WATER TO WASH AND RINCE CYCLES. I CAN SEE THE CLOTHES BEING WASHED AND SPUN. MY OTHER WASHER WAS DARK AND HARD TO SEE. I FOUND SOCKS STUCK IN THE FRONT RUBBER. THE ONLY DRAW BACK. I SUGGEST PUTTING SOCKS IN A SMALL LAUNDRY BAG TO WASH.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect until now Bought the pair of washer and dryer in Oct 2019. Works perfectly until now. Advantages: 1. Looks gorgeous 2. Works silently (it is possible that my previous pair was too old) 3. Smart functions

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Received Damaged Machines! I bought this washer and dryer set for my new home. They were purchased at Home Depot and delivered in a timely manner but we hooked it up a week before scheduled to move into our new house and the washer just started leaking water from the bottom. I then contacted Electrolux and the earliest they could send a technician to fix the machine was two days before we move in. Now I find out from technician that the washer drum is cracked and the dryer is cracked too so neither one of the machines works. I am so disappointed and hope Electrolux will ship two new machines asap so I have them soon. I am not moving into my home next week and won't be able to do laundry until new machines are received. Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Front door leaks after 1 1/2 years Our washer has a significant leak from the loading (front) door after using it for 1.5 years. I have cleaned the door and rubber seal, and looked for small tears as per instructions and Internet advice. For a high-end washer, I'm shocked we would need to get it repaired after such a short time. We did not get the extended warranty. If you decide to buy this washer, or anything Electrolux, get the extended warranty, you'll need it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Washer broke down after 2 months Washer broke down couldn’t open door technician couldn’t open door. Clothes had to sit in machine for 10 days. Electrolux would not set up appointment because we could not open door to get serial #.Had to get Trail Appliances to set up Appointment. Door has no emergency release. Machine needed new motor and mother board after 2 months and with the Covid 19 it made it challenging to get it repaired.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage! This was delivered at the beginning of September. Hasn’t worked since day 1! Keep getting error code 11 and stuck on a certain time. Called the manufacturer and got “sorry due to high call volume we cannot take your call” and then hung up on me. Happed about 10x till I finally got ahold of someone. Then when I got ahold of someone they were very rude and we got disconnected and had to go through the whole process again!!! They finally schedule someone to come out in 2 weeks from Regional Factory” who is subcontracted by Electrolux. They guy came, replaced the pressure sensor and said “that should be it”. Left and it didn’t change a thing, still error code 11!Tried calling the guys cell back multiple times, 5 min after he left, and he never answered. absolutely horrible experience! I have a toddler and live in the country to it’s fun not having clean clothes. Called “Regional Factory” and now someone is coming back in over another week. so frustrating!!
