Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won’t recommend the washer We bought the set that replaced a whirlpool.. 1/2 year in it began making a loud noise, because of COVID we had to wait to get it repair, finally repaired man comes in changes a pump I do 2 loads back to where it was.. 2nd repair man comes in changes a pump I believe same as previous still nothing changed. As loud as before kids complain about static in ears when the noise is going on. Waiting on a call back I have sent customer service a video. I feel they are just waiting for my warranty to end. Next time I would have done more research on different models. One positive note it washes really well cloth come out nice and clean.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So far, I got a "DUD"! Bought this April, 2020. Right from the start my clothes came out all twisted up together, having to untie pant legs or shirt sleeves. I hang all my clothes to dry and EVERYTHING has to be ironed and even the iron can't get some of the wrinkles out! My clothes from my 23 yr old Fridgedaire were never wrinkled after hanging. The Trail Appliance service tech couldn't see why it was doing that - maybe Electrolux could try changing the "bumpers(?)" in the drum. He recommended contacting Electrolux which I will do after writing this review.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Five Temp Settings: Colder, Cold, Cold, Sanitize I replaced my 15 yrs. old LG washer with this one. Good capacity drum, first five loads came out nicely clean (not much better than the old machine though). What used to take three loads is now just one... That’s good. Problem is, I am from the old European laundry school, I wanted a machine with an internal water heater - I am used to setting the temperature in real degrees Celsius, 40 (warm), 60 (hot) or 95 (near-boiling) - not just "HOT", "COLD", "TAP COLD"... I was hopeful when the salesman said that this machine heats up the water internally whenever needed, when it comes in too cold etc. What a disappointment... Turns out that “COLD”, “TAP COLD” (I wonder what the difference is – doesn’t “COLD” come from the tap???), then “WARM” as well as “HOT” are in fact all COLD. And I must mention here that our hot water tap provides the “ideal” 49 - 50 degrees Celsius / 120 - 122 deg. Fahrenheit. I tried the HOT setting and at the end of the main wash sequence the water was practically still cold ... lukewarm at best. The only setting that corresponds with what the User Manual claims is the “SANITIZE”. It took a considerable amount of time but the temperature actually reached 65.2 degrees Celsius (149.4 F). I wander if the machine is faulty or what...???
