Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not impressed Replacing Whirlpool I had for 19 years I expected considerable improvements. Apart from the steam feature which requires water supply this machine only has 4 preset manual timers the lowest being 30 minutes. The old one could be set to 1 minute if I wanted. Considerably louder than old one as well. At least it looks pretty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Electrolux ELFE422CAW00 Dryer not working I have great experience with Electrolux in past but recently I bought the New washer dryer combo on Dec. 22 2023. I am getting the Electrolux dryer error message. It stops at every 8-9 mins and displays error asking to empty water container I empty the container every 10 minutes restart again . There was no water in the water container tray . After cleaning installed back and restart but still stops with the same message . I called customer service but no service tech appointment . I need Electrolux customer service management team and service department technical team to e replace the dryer. Not a good experience till NOW. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Smell, Odor, Stink New ELFE422CAW Dryer Horrible Smell, Odor or Plastic Offgasing from this dryer. So bad it caused coughing and respiratory concerns. No dryer sheets or other chemicals were used. I do not have any environmental sensitivities but this dryer reeks. Owned for 3 weeks in the basement of a 2 story home Using Normal Cycles and Programs. The dryer itself works Great ! Quiet, well constructed and easy to maintain. I want to keep it as it is Better than heatpump dryers, But If the smell persists will have to return it.

It is still under warranty for for repairs but doesn't look good when it has broken down so soon. I am waiting on parts and has been a long process trying to communicate and schedule with their authorized service provider.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor on Lint Filter My landlord replaced dryer with this ventless one. The prior machine took one wipe of the screen to clean it. This vent free one takes many wipes and lint gets caught in so many places on it that you have to take tweezers to get it all out and also have to clean lint from the machine itself when the filter is out. Takes alot of time. Poorly designed. Dryer also takes twice as long to dry things as prior dryer did.
