Dryer stops after 15 minutes
Love the dryer but lately it will stop often abou 15 minutes and not complete the drying cycle?????

Poor dryer and customer service
My first issue is that clothes get caught on the lint filter causing clothes to rip. This has happened numerous time and now there is a break in the filter itself. The second issue is that i've reached out to customer service multiple times to obtain a replacement part and I have had 0 responses. I would greatly appreciate if someone would contact me to provide a replacement for the filter as this is clearly a frequently occurring problem based on other reviews.

Electrolux Perfect Steam Dryer malfunctions after
Installed properly with correct venting, the dryer now runs for under 10 seconds before switching to PAUSE, rendering itself useless.

Highly Dissatisfied (It's a big box of Garbage)
I bought this dryer in January 2021 and faced the lint removed during the cycle and tore my clothes. I discussed the issue with customer care and they send me a service replacement after two months but in 20 days same thing happened again and I am not able to dry my clothes in this rainy Season. I have a 10 month old kid and this require the dryer twice a week. I will never recommend anyone this useless product until they have enough time to watch the cycle by sitting in front of this dryer to confirm if this monster is drying the clothes or eating your cloths.
Please suggest me a permanent fix for this issue or replace this product or give my money back as I can’t spend money every time for coin laundry while you guys are providing me workaround for the problem.

Very disappointed and concerned of fire risk
Completely Disappointed with this dryer which we have had for only TWO DAYS. We replaced our current dryer with this because we want to stack it and we were enjoying the Electrolux washing machine. We have the 627 model. Second load of clothing since we’ve owned it and the clamshell lint trap popped out during the cycle, the clothes got sucked into it and it broke. We have a technician coming in a few days, however I see this as a FIRE hazard, as well as it “ate” my clothing. I am so disappointed as I have discovered this to be a common problem.

Defective
Major defect on the lint trap. It gets caught and ejects mid cycle. Aside from the damage to countless clothing - clothing is sucked into the dryer vent / motor. I consider this a fire hazard and do not recommend leaving the dryer on if you are not home. There is no replacement or fix for this through the company who seem to deny there is a design flaw despite many similar reviews including in previous models. We have had to pay out of pocket numerous times to have clothing removed from the vents as they offer no other solution.

Ruined my towels
I’m so disappointed with this dryer. On the second load ever, it totally shredded my nicest towels and robe. It seems to have snagged some of the more delicate threads and pulled and torn them so the fabric is bunched up with threads hanging everywhere. These are things I’ve dried in other machines (both front and top load) and had for a while so I never expected this problem. Now I’m afraid to put anything besides sturdy cotton in the dryer. For something I paid this much for I was expecting to be able to confidently dry everything I had in my old machine. I did a lot of research to see if this was a common problem but haven’t been able to find anything, which initially led me to believe the problem was with our dryer specifically. My husband went over the entire inner surface to try to find a spot that could be snagging clothes and we are unable to find the source of the problem.
So disappointing.

Doesn't Work
Bought the 527 electric dryer paired with the 527 washer. Had it installed, and the drum doesn't spin, even with just a couple of damp towels. All I get is a burning rubber smell....Called for support, and it's over a two week wait for a repair man. A clothes line is more effective. Very disappointed.
