Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average - we've had major service twice five years old - so we can say - they are average - two major and pricey service calls while we've owned them - and of course - out of warranty. Pedestal catch no longer catches but there's no way to remove drawer and self-serve - so we live with the nuisance. I'm satisfied with the cleaning / drying function and underwhelmed with their durability after only five years and paying a pretty solid medium/high price for them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing Parts-Atrocious Support I only gave one star because there is no way to give zero. Purchased from Home Depot. Delivered on March 2, 2024 but the installation kit and divider drawers were not in the unit. Was told by HD they were a merchandiser, not the vendor and I had to talk to Electrolux. Spent two hours on the phone giving the same information to IDA the robot three times, being transferred from department to department five different times, giving the same information to each new department five different times and waiting on hold. Still no solution. Either Electrolux is incapable of providing support or hopes that if they hope you will give up and go away.
