Rated 2 out of 5 by from Induction generator issues We bought all Electrolux appliances for our new home because we wanted this specific range. We had some issues with the stovetop tripping the breaker. After 14 months, the left side induction generator completely failed. The part alone was $950. Electrolux let us but extended warranty and covered the part and labour. However, after the extended warranty was up, a few months later the same issue happened: left side induction generator failed. You can't use the entire stove top when one side has failed. Electrolux said they couldn't warranty the part again, so we had to buy it from them (they offered half price of the part) and find someone to install it....about $1000.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Multiple failures in 6 years of ownership. This Electrolux induction range was purchased in 2013. There were no problems until the warranty period was over. Since then there have been 4 failures: 1. Oven light would not turn off - replaced triac 2. E15 error - replaced UIB board 3. F14 error - replaced oven control board 4. E14 error has returned. Electrolux refuses to provide any form of customer support or concession. Search for reviews on Electrolux ranges and you will find many others with the same problems and lack of support for Electrolux.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Spent $4 Grand plus on this and it worked for 4 years... now we are looking at a replacement... some type of circuit board went which is 900 bucks plus cost ofninatallation and no guarantee that will fixed it.... very disappointing... as for day to day operation,the touch controls can be very frustrating...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Troubleshooting Advice We’ve had the Electrolux Induction Range for 10 years now. A few years ago it quit working (touch panel was unresponsive). Repair person came and said it was so expensive to replace the part, that it was not worth it. He recommended buying a new range rather than fixing it. He also mentioned that we might be able to get a bit more time out of the range by unplugging it and plugging it back in (I flipped the breaker instead, since it’s a lot easier than moving the range out to unplug it). That worked for us! We were aware that it might be ‘the beginning of the end’ for the range, but we’ve ended up getting a few more years out of it. We have had to cut the power to it off/on again a couple of times over the years. I was so grateful to have this easy fix so wanted to pass it on in hopes it may be useful to someone else. Good luck!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 6 years, replaced 3 induction board generators. I purchased on 30” induction slide-in range in August 2014. Since that time I’ve had to replace the induction board generator Twice and the wiring harness once. The range top has failed once again and it will need a induction board generator for the 3rd time. The cost of the board in 2018 was $1,077.00 plus labour. It has been my experience that these boards only have a life cycle of two years before failure. Electrolux needs to put a warning out to potential buyers of this costly repair. I am Steaming Mad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very good design with over-the-counter stovetop. Induction cooking is great but this stove is not reliable. E-15 error. Must keep an element on low (with water in pot) to avoid the E-15 warning. Repair company want close to $1000 to change the control panel. Service people are not familiar with this product.. Definitely do not recommend. Expected high quality product due to price but ended up with an inferior product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Oven locked on us Hello, we recently acquired this oven and tested out locking the controls to clean the top. (We have a cat that will walk in the controls, so I really wanted to test this). However the door will not unlock and we experience an F90 error. There is someway to press a combination of controls to release it, but we are unsure what it is. Any advice would be appreciated. Tried to call customer support however they were not taking calls and was told to call again.
