Rated 3 out of 5 by Betty from Love the Dishwasher however... We are overall pleased with the dishwasher. We love the fact that there are lots of options for the settings. We really like that if we want to, can just run the middle rack if we have lots glasses when we have company. We like the clean lines and the fact the dishwasher the light to let us know if it is finished its wash cycle. The only problem we have had is that the middle rack for the glasses etc. is stuck in the down position.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Andrea from Poor quality of parts and access to replacements Installed this dishwasher March 2023, died one month later and now at almost July, it still doesn't work. Have been waiting for parts of weeks, only to have them not work and have to re-order. No follow-up from retailer or Electrolux. Will never buy this brand again. And if you like many others, dislike all the beeps on appliances now, you'll hate this unit. And so will your pets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by KJMD from Flimsy racks. Not easy to load. We own 3 Electrolux appliances and I am not happy with any of them. The dishwashers racks are very flimsy and do not slide with ease. The very top rack does not clean heavily soiled cutlery. For a high end product I would expect the racks to slide smoothly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by TMeredith from i20 I bought this just over a year ago (now out of warranty) - I have only used it a handful of times because it is at the cottage. Does not dry well and the i20 code come on so now I need a technician after 10 washes. Normal cycle with dry mode is over 3.5 hours long - crazy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by thesmithsons from bad lemon After about a year of use, the door started making a loud popping sound when closing it.. I could not see any obvious defects upon visual inspection, but did not disassemble any part for a more detailed look. A few months after the issue started, little black pieces would fall on to the floor occasionally. Now, the door is wobbly and loosely twists left and right. The seal is not yet broken, but I suspect that will change any day now. The brand is well known and many products sold, so I probably just experienced bad luck and received a bad lemon.
