Exploding inner glass in door during self cleaning
Loved this oven until I used the self cleaning feature and the door's interior two panes of glass exploded. This happened right before Thanksgiving and I am still awaiting the parts to fix it. The customer service department has been beyond frustrating and suggested "that accidents happen". This is a manufacturing defect, not an accident. We are lucky that no one was injured.
